Poll: Statistics, Win/Loss, and Competition

As our ‘season’ starts in earnest tonight, I wanted to get some opinions as to whether most people wanted to keep track of the statistics of our house league!

There are several options that we could consider.

1) Record of win/loss

2) Record of score

3) Inclusion of extra info (i.e. goalies, number of players/team, running time) – not my favourite due to extra work, but am willing if people are keen!

4) No record at all!

Now this might be really fun, or, it might increase the level of competitiveness beyond what people would like at a ‘house league’ level.

I turn it over to you fellow players, what would you like to see?  (I’ll add my opinion below so as not to influence people!)

I’m in favour of options 1 and 2.

First of all…wow!! Great work on the site Alexis! You’re doing a wonderful job. As for my vote, I like keeping stats and game sheets (it would be really good experience for the new refs for sure) but not sure how sustainable this would be throughout the year. I also like just tracking wins and losses for a friendly competition for the end of the year dinner. My two cents!

no personal preference for me. Maybe just a win/loss to keep it friendly. Great job with the site, nice to see some action on here!

Great site Alexis. Record win and loss and score is great. We should start with last weeks score. :)))))
